At the end of February, we traveled 2,342 miles to attend South Beach Wine & Food Festival, one of the nation’s largest food and wine events featuring more than 400 renowned chefs, culinary personalities, winemakers, and more! We arrived at Miami Beach, Florida where we joined Chef Alex Guarnaschelli and her team for our annual team lunch prior to hosting a dinner alongside Chef Marc Murphy and Chef Tristen Epps during the weekend-long festival. Before heading back home, we took part in a tribute dinner in honor of our friend Chef Alex Guarnaschelli; as per her request, we featured Chef Antonia's.classic Italian dish, Cavatelli with Italian Sausage.
